Indentures, slave bills of sale, deeds, mortgages, wills, certificates, correspondence, commencement programs of the Cleveland High Schools and other schools (1875-76), and a manual of the Case Avenue Presbyterian Church. Some of the material relates to the financial transactions of William Pippin, a prominent Kentucky landowner, possibly a relative of Willard's.
